The Gaines Estate in Fayetteville, WV

Full Transparency- we have plenty of availability in 2025.

That’s why I made this guide. I know I only included 5 venues on here but if you’re familiar with WV, you know that the venue selection in this region is limited. I only did the research on my favorite venues (because duh, I want to work there more lol).

In the 8 years I’ve been in this industry, this is the first year where we’re not fully booked, and apparently for several other wedding industry folks too. Election years tend to be weird, but honestly I’m discovering that more and more couples are having shorter engagements and shorter planning time.

So cheers to all you who push through and plan your wedding for this year. It’s possible and I know plenty of local vendors who have availability in 2025. Now a bit about us, because if you book one of these venues, we’d love for you to hire us :)

Nearly a decade and 200 weddings later, we’re still obsessed with our jobs.

We’re Michelle and Thomas, a husband and wife team who help couples with rad and modern wedding photography and videography in West Virginia (and all over!)

We’re your biggest cheerleaders to plan a wedding exactly how you want to, saying no to silly traditions and yes to living your best damn life on your wedding day (and every day!)

Our wedding packages in West Virginia start at $4300. Average investment for our couples for photography and videography bundled is ~$8,000
