Listen, we’ve heard the buzz in the wedding industry and you might have seen this phrase during your planning, that “photography is an investment in your memories.” And while that sounds SO cheesy, it’s kind of true.

Through art on the wall or the album that sits on the bookshelf until we’re wrinkly and grey, the photographs that come from your wedding will be with you for the rest of your days and beyond.

Our packages are created with the intention to preserve your family legacy, starting with the day you get married.

Since every wedding or elopement is entirely different from one another, we create custom packages for each couple we work with, including timeline building and vendor recommendations. We don’t do cookie cutter pricing, instead we find out what exactly it is you want/need and build your custom package around that. But to give you an idea of how much chedda’ you may spend- our starting prices are below.

Elopements to us are classified as intimate weddings with less than 15 guests, however that number is not strict. We are always happy to accommodate larger group sizes with some exceptions. We provide location scouting, permit research, and planning when necessary. We also offer suggestions on making your elopement everything you want it to be including how to make it a really unique experience, and small reception ideas that feel true-to-you.

We primarily work in West Virginia and on the east coast but we travel for about 60% of our weddings. The custom packages we create for you will include travel and accommodations, so no other fees will be tacked on later. No destination is too far and we help couples with planning and logistics as much as they want us too. We’re not a show up and shoot kinda team, we’re a get to know you and create a lasting impression kinda team. Let’s create some rad memories together.

WILL YOU HELP US TO NOT LOOK AWKWARD?

Yep - relaxing and looking natural in front of the camera is something most people are nervous about. We’ve spent a lot of time and trial in error learning how to get people to feel comfortable with a lens in their face. Relax, bring some wine, and don’t worry about the little things, we’ve got you.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT AFTER BOOKING WITH YOU?

Prior to your wedding, we get to know you. You’ll ideally have two FaceTime calls with us- one after inquiry or booking and one about two weeks before your wedding to solidify all the details. Even more ideally, you’ll have an engagement shoot with us and this is where we really aim for transparency. Your engagement shoot will be totally catered to you and the questions we ask that creates your custom engagement session, will really allow us to peak inside what makes you, you. We use all of this insight (plus a detailed questionnaire) to make sure we’re ready to serve you on your wedding day.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

Abso-fucking-lutely. Traveling, whether for work or for pleasure, is one of our favorite things about this life. If you’d like to work together outside of West Virginia, we include travel fees into our customized pricing.

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED ON THE WEDDING DAY?

As many as you’d like - working with customized packages allows our clients to decide how much of their wedding they would like caught on camera. Basic coverage of a traditional ceremony and reception is 8 hours with the option to purchase more hours. An intimate wedding or elopement is typically just full coverage of the event, as they tend to be shorter in time. If our prices do not match your budget or you have untraditional plans, then I would be happy to adjust the package and plans accordingly.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS/VIDEO?

You will receive your images in a private online gallery. The online gallery we use allows customers to choose to purchase add-ons such as albums, large prints and frames, or keepsakes. Weddings will receive the online gallery and your video will be available on an online platform as well. Images and films should be downloaded immediately and it is recommend to store them on an external storage device like a USB drive. Also- printing your photos is highly encouraged!

WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR PHOTOS? VIDEOS?

Same day sneak peaks for engagement photos is something we’re stoked about. You can expect the full gallery in 6-8 weeks. For weddings, expect 12-16 weeks for wedding photos as well as a preview gallery within one week, if your package includes it. We’ll expedite your photos if you leave us glowing reviews though. (JK bribing for reviews is illegal)

Video editing is an entirely separate beast then photos, so they take a bit longer. Final films are completed within 16-20 weeks and if your package includes a short preview film, you can expect that within a week or two.

DO WE GET THE RAW FILES?

You will receive the gallery from your shoot as fully edited, high resolution images accessible through an online portal. We do not release raw files, just the finalized photographs and video. You'll get full ownership of the edited photos to post on social media, make prints, or send as gifts.
