You’ll receive a curated gallery of fully edited, high-resolution photographs from your wedding or elopement day—delivered in a seamless digital gallery so you can download your images, share with your friends and fam, and full printing rights to decorate your home.

You haven’t seen a wedding film until you’ve watched one of Tom’s. His videos are so incredibly unique, we almost can’t describe them. One of our clients once called our films “a roller coaster ride that we’d ride over and over again.”
DIGITAL AND IN-PERSON SCOUTING PLUS EARLY ARRIVAL TO THE AREA.
If it’s an elopement or destination micro-wedding you’re after, we’ll do a bunch of leg work ahead of time to know where the sunset is, where the best views are PLUS arrive 1-2 days early to the area to scout in person. We’ll never take a chance on a flight delay or a flat tire, showing up fully rested and prepared is the top of our priorities. Honestly, we include full-service planning in our elopement packages so you really don’t have to worry about too much (another humble brag.)
HANDCRAFTED SCHEDULE FOR YOUR DAY.
Whether you hire us for an elopement or wedding, we’re a co-creator in your wedding memories and we love an organic, but calculated day-of timeline. We’ll collaborate with you and your planner (if you have one) to ensure that your day-of schedule aligns with your photography and videography goals.
THE INVESTMENT
✦ Wedding packages start at $4300. The most popular collection is $7800.
✦ Elopement packages start at $3100. The most popular collection for elopements is $4250.
✦ We work with a wide range of budgets and clients who have different needs. I.E. local West Virginia weddings, destination wedding weekends, European elopements, NYC/Cali weddings, and so on. Please inquire for a bespoke package created specifically for your unique wedding vision.
Update for 2026 and onward: Videography is available for 5 weddings per year with a minimum spend of $10,000. The bulk of our creative work will be photography only moving forward. If you are interested in videography, please email us directly at hello@thebreiters.com

Yep - relaxing and looking natural in front of the camera is something most people are nervous about. We’ve spent a lot of time and trial in error learning how to get people to feel comfortable with a lens in their face. Relax, be yourself and don’t worry about the little things, we’ve got you.

Prior to your wedding, we get to know you. You’ll ideally have two FaceTime calls with us- one after inquiry or booking and one about four weeks before your wedding or elopement to solidify all the details. We use all of this insight (plus a detailed questionnaire) to make sure we’re ready to serve you on your wedding day.

Abso-fucking-lutely. Traveling, whether for work or for pleasure, is one of our favorite things about this life. If you’d like to work together outside of West Virginia, we include travel fees into our customized pricing.

As many as you’d like - working with customized packages allows our clients to decide how much of their wedding they would like caught on camera. If our prices do not match your budget or you have untraditional plans, then I would be happy to adjust the package and plans accordingly.

You will receive your images in a private online gallery. The online gallery we use allows clients to choose to purchase add-ons such as albums, large prints and frames, or keepsakes. Weddings will receive the online gallery and your video will be available on an online platform as well. Images and films should be downloaded immediately and it is recommended to store them on an external storage device like a USB drive. Also- printing your photos is highly encouraged!

We like to surprise our couples. You may get a next day digital sneak peek, you may get a 50-photograph preview gallery printed and mailed to your home. Some packages include a same-day polaroid album, that’s why we LOVE custom pricing. In general however, here’s our general turnaround times: For elopements, you can expect the full gallery in 6-8 weeks. For weddings, expect 12-16 weeks. We’ll expedite your photos if you leave us glowing reviews though. (JK bribing for reviews is illegal)
Video editing is an entirely separate beast then photos, so they take a bit longer. Final films are completed within 16-20 weeks and if your package includes a short teaser film (think- movie trailer) you can expect that within a week or two.

Half of our art is editing. We rarely give out raw files (unless there’s a good reason and you want to buy the copyright!) You will receive the gallery from your shoot as fully edited, high resolution images accessible through an online portal. We do not release raw files, just the finalized photographs and video. You'll get full ownership of the edited photos to post on social media, make prints, or send as gifts.
