A fashion-forward engagement session in Morgantown, WV

Jane is a mega-talented analog photographer and I was lucky to cross paths with her at a wedding a few years ago (thanks K+J for having the coolest friends!)

When I saw she got engaged on IG, I immediately felt jealous of the photographer she was going to hire for her wedding. Eventually, Jane asked me to shoot her engagements photos and I fan-girled the entire drive up to Morgantown.

Not only was Jane impeccably dressed, she and Garrett were so kind and easy to work with. I loved every second of my time with them and think I’ve convinced them to be friends me lol.

Jane brought her Hasselblad to the shoot and I got to try my hand at medium format film. She scanned and edited these, as well as kept the film loaded. The feeling this camera gave me spurred a FB marketplace scour and a 7-hour drive (thanks Tom!) to secure my own Hasselblad. Anyways, here’s our ten favorite film scans.
